As SAW often utilizes the attached Ottawa Art Gallery (OAG) spaces, Capital Projection provides crucial technical support to ensure these complex, high-profile events run smoothly.
Our service delivery focused on managing sophisticated audiovisual setups for key programming:
- Hybrid Event Management: For the April 2024 event, technical support was provided for a full day of addresses and panel discussions, including seamless integration of a Zoom setup to accommodate two virtual speakers, alongside standard projection and microphone needs.
- Multilingual & Panel Support: For the June 2025 OAG event (Technician for Alma Duncan), we managed the technical requirements for a major panel, providing four specialized microphones, full projection and screen services with an HDMI hookup, and critically, managing the audio output to a translation service, enabling communication across languages.
