What does an Audio/ Visual installer do?

An Audio/ Visual installer (A/V tech) works with technological systems such as digital displays, microphones, and speakers. They install, set up, troubleshoot, and when needed, operate the equipment for clients. In some cases, the equipment is permanently installed while others might be just set up for a 12-hour period or less.

Do you have warranty on your equipment and jobs?

Yes, there is a manufacturer warranty on the equipment and we support our installs.

We support our installs to make sure it is right for you.  We also do basic training on new installs to make sure you are fully aware of the capabilities of your install.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured for damage, working at heights and liability.

What is your service radius?

We service the Eastern Ontario region; Montreal down to Cornwall to Kingston.  

How much time do you need ahead of an event to prepare for it?

48 hours beforehand but we would need time to learn your equipment beforehand for new clients.

Installation times vary depending on size and equipment availability.

Do you have payment plans?

We require a 50% downpayment before any large project. We do require the full payment to be completed by the date of your event/project.

I want marketing for my event, do you provide that?
