The Stittsville Village Association (SVA) works to promote and enhance the sense of community in Stittsville through organizing social, cultural, and celebratory events, including their popular movie nights. Capital Projection Services supplied all the necessary equipment and services for their Movie @ Train Park screening.
The full outdoor cinema package included:
- Complete AV Package: Services included the full setup and teardown of the screen, projector, and audio system.
- Content Management: The team ran the client-provided preshow slides and screened the feature film, SING (provided on Blu-ray by the client).
- Logistics: The service was executed with the standard audio/visual and projection equipment, with a plan for power, noting that generator services were not anticipated but were available if required.
This support ensured a memorable and hassle-free movie experience for the Stittsville community.
