The Association des gestionnaires en éducation franco-ontarienne (AGEFO) represents and supports managers in Franco-Ontarian education. Capital Projection Services was contracted to provide consistent, dedicated technical support for AGEFO’s three-day event held in the Alma Duncan Salon at the OAG in July 2025.
Our technician provided full audio and visual services across all three days (July 2, 3, and 4) to ensure continuity and professional presentation quality. The setup was standardized for the duration of the event and included:
- Comprehensive Audio: A total of five microphones were provided and managed, including two lapel mics, two handheld wireless mics, and one podium mic, along with a full sound system.
- Visual & Presentation: The necessary equipment was supplied for all presentations, including the screen, projector, and an HDMI extender for reliable laptop hookup.
- Timing & Logistics: The first day included a dedicated setup at 10:00 AM and a sound check at 11:00 AM, ensuring all technical elements were verified and ready for the multi-day conference.
This standardized and reliable technical presence guaranteed the smooth execution of AGEFO’s important educational programming.
