CAA North and East Ontario is a member-driven organization dedicated to serving Canadians with emergency roadside service, travel, insurance, and advocacy. Capital Projection Services was engaged for a full-day event at the Alma Duncan Salon to manage an extensive and complex technical setup essential for a large conference.
The service delivery (07:00–17:30) required specialized equipment and coordination:
- Extensive Audio Requirements: The setup utilized a high-capacity sound system, featuring a podium microphone, four wired mics, and four wireless mics, totaling nine microphones, ensuring every speaker was clearly heard.
- A/V and Translation Support: In addition to the screen, projector, and HDMI input, the event required an Audio out for Live translation feed, supporting accessibility for a diverse audience.
- Rental Equipment: Further specialized equipment included a wireless headset microphone rental and a Confidence Monitor with necessary cabling and an HDMI splitter, ensuring presenters could maintain focus and timing throughout the full-day session.
Capital Projection’s comprehensive technical package guaranteed the precise execution of CAA’s large, multi-faceted event.
