The Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) is an independent corporation that invests in state-of-the-art research facilities and equipment across Canada to drive innovation and economic growth. Capital Projection Services was contracted to provide comprehensive audio/visual support for a full-day conference held in the Alma Duncan Salon at the OAG.
The technical setup (07:30–16:00) was built for high-level presentations and large discussions:
- Presentation System: Services included providing and managing the projector, screen, and an HDMI extender for the client’s laptop, along with a USB clicker.
- Audio Management: A central mixer was provided to manage the audio from the podium microphone and up to four extra wireless microphones, ensuring all speakers and participants could be clearly heard through the sound system.
This detailed technical support ensured a flawless platform for the CFI to conduct its important knowledge mobilization and discussion sessions.
