The FCFA du Canada serves as the main voice for French-speaking Canadians living in a minority situation, working to defend and promote their rights and interests across the country. Capital Projection Services was engaged for two full, consecutive days in November 2024 to provide comprehensive technical setup for a major conference in the Alma Duncan Salon at the OAG.
Our services ensured full audio/visual and presentation readiness for both days (November 28 and November 29) from morning to evening. The setup was standardized across both dates and included:
- Presentation & Video: A dedicated technician managed the screen, projector, and HDMI hookup to facilitate speaker presentations.
- Microphone Management: We provided an extensive audio setup, including a podium microphone for main speakers, three wireless microphones dedicated to panel participants, and two wireless microphones designated for audience questions and engagement.
This consistent and complete technical support allowed the FCFA to host its multi-day event effectively, facilitating clear communication among all participants.
