Indigenous Youth Roots is a national Indigenous youth-led organization that collaborates with communities to provide programs, grants, and opportunities grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing and being. Capital Projection Services provided essential audio/visual and lighting support for their community event using the OAG Partner Rate.
The technician was engaged for the afternoon session (12:00–16:30) to facilitate both formal presentation and informal networking:
- Presentation Readiness: The primary setup included a microphone and podium, along with a projector and speakers with the necessary HDMI/laptop hookup for the presentation content.
- Ambiance: Lighting was specifically configured to enhance the atmosphere for the networking and mingling portion of the event, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment for youth and community members.
This support helped Indigenous Youth Roots amplify their voices and connect their participants through a well-equipped venue.
