OCASI champions equity and human rights for immigrants and refugees through advocacy, collective action, and capacity-building. Capital Projection Services provided comprehensive technical support during their crucial conferences held at the Ottawa Art Gallery (OAG), specializing in flexible audio and video solutions required for hybrid events.
The services were designed to accommodate complex in-person and virtual requirements:
- 2025 Hybrid Event: For the January 2025 conference, we provided a technician to manage a hybrid setup, including handling the Zoom out feed for the audience and integrating virtual presenters. The room was equipped with a robust audio system, an HDMI connection for client content, and five microphones for the panel.
- 2024 Audio Focus: In June 2024, our services focused primarily on audio and presentation lighting, supplying one technician, seven total microphones (three wired, three wireless, and one podium mic), a powerful audio system with speakers, and a spotlight for the presenters at the front of the room. The setup was specifically configured for live video/audio out only.
