I wanted to thank you for your work in making last night’s film screening a success.  The subtitles worked perfectly. I appreciate you being willing to roll with the punches and trouble shoot the issue (…) Working with you was the exact opposite of stressful.  You left me feeling confident that no matter what happened, this part of the program would all go off without a hitch.  I can’t begin to express how much that means.
